Brother for Laserxchange - June 2006
Just
released by Laserxchange is the Brother TN2000, could this be
another first to market for Laserxchange?
Keith
Moss at laserxchange said that he is amazed how quickly his R
& D boffins have been able to get this product to market.
Since
the Toner used is radically different to that used in the rest
of the large range of Brother products that Laserxchange remanufacture.
Keith said that he expects this cartridge to be a huge seller
into the home and Small office sector.
Laserxchange
First to Market with remanufactured HP 1022 Printer Cartridge
- June 2006
Laserxchange
are first to offer remanufactured Q2612A cartridges using a compatible
Ultraprecise toner that matches the OEM in black density, Page
Life and Adhesion in the 18ppm 1022 printer.
Managing
Director of Laserxchange Malcolm Kerman said "I think we are first
to market worldwide on this product. While many suppliers provide
toners that works in the slower HP1012/1015 these have adhesion
and subsequently fuser problems in the faster 1022 printer. With
the introduction by HP of the 1020 / 1022 series of printers remanufactures
need to be wary of selling the earlier toners unless they can
be certain of the final use of their cartridges".
The
product Part Number C 12A is available now and fully compatible
with the HP LaserJet Q2612 Family of Print Cartridges for use
with HP LaserJet LJ 1010-12-15-18/1020-22 series and LJ 3015/3020/3030/3050-52-55aio
series to deliver reliable performance and affordable, environmentally
friendly printing.

- Laserxchange launch family of Xerox, IBM, Epson and GCC cartridges.
Xerox
2125 cartridges and its 4 variants: - Xerox Phaser 4400, IBM IP21,
Epson 2050 and GCC Elite 21, are among the latest product releases
from Laserxchange.
All
five products are discreetly different and not interchangeable
in their OEM forms, however Laserxchange modify the Xerox 2125
to be interchangeable with the IBM version and the Epson 2050
to be interchangeable with the GCC version. This enables less
stock holding both for Laserxchange and their customers and better
profit opportunities particularly with the higher priced GCC version
where empty cartridges are more difficult to find. The Xerox Phaser
4400 cannot be modified to fit any other version.
The
manufacturer (Fuji Xerox) has located "identification tabs" on
the top of the cartridge; so empty cartridges can be easily distinguished
as follows: Xerox 2125 = E5B, Xerox Phaser 4400 = B2E, IBM = D5C,
Epson = D1C and GCC = C1B.
5/01/2004
- Laserxchange launch Hewlett Packard 4200.
Hewlett
Packard 4200 (38A) unlike the 4100 cartridge is being launched
only in the chipped version.
Extensive
testing has shown very dramatic differences in page life with
and without chips and depending on whether the printer is left
in a "high state" (at the end of an OEM cartridge life) or it's
"low state" (Reset with an OEM chip and chip removed); surprisingly
though only small differences in density were noticed.
This
product development has taken far longer than normal as all but
one toner that we evaluated exhibited voiding (little holes) in
the characters reminiscent of the problems we experienced many
years ago with the EPL cartridge. Sadly many of our competitors
products show this serious problem.

- Laserxchange new products.
Other
recent releases include Canon L 1000 (FX6), Lexmark E210, Lexmark
E320 and the Ricoh Fax 2000L/2900L (Type 1435).

fill to promotions and proactive approach to developing a partnership.

and proud to have been chosen as a finalist in the manufacturing
excellence award. We have always strived to go that extra yard
in terms of product development, quality and service and it's
nice to be appreciated for it. We have proved that a second use
cartridge does not have to be second rate. Our market leading
range of compatible computer printer cartridges provide customers
with a real alternative to the expensive OEM cartridges without
sacrificing quality. Office dealers who voted for us particularly
appreciated our offering of over 200 different remanufactured
laser products - the widest range in Europe - which can be supplied
