Welcome
to Laserxchange Charities Donation Page.
We
are delighted to have donated over £150,000.00 to charity
in 2004 through our collection programs. It is the customers choice
to donate the value of the used cartridge to one of our charity
partners or to receive a credit against future orders.
What
our fundraisers say
"Fantastic
Service - Friendly and reliable
Having
had problems with non payment from other companies I would like
to let others know that for those looking to recycle used toner
cartridges for schools or charities should take a look at Laserxchange.
Working
for a charity we are always on the look out for alternative ways
to gain funds. We have been recycling through Laserxchange for
over two years now. Throughout this time the staff have been more
than helpful whenever we have had a request of them. Sue and Louise
are a pleasure to deal with always a cheery voice at the other
end of the phone. They provide free collections for laser cartridges
and freepost boxes for inkjet returns whilst offering competitive
prices for returns. Monies owed are sent by BACS payment direct
to your bank each month and you receive a detailied statement
showing how many cartridges have been recycled and those that
did not pass a check for which no payment was received.
If
you are either a school or charity wanting to make some easy money
check out laserxchange. They offer a friendly service, and pay
out compared to others who will only too gladly fleece you. Warning
do not use Cart**/Empt***/E Ink***. "
Laser
Cartridges
To
make things as easy as possible for you to collect empties we
will accept the cartridges on our collection
list provided they meet the following conditions:
Cartridges
must be returned with all used components or parts originally
supplied and in their original packaging and boxes. This ensures
they arrive here in good condition. When you have a minimum of
ten cartridges, tape the 10 boxes very firmly together with brown
packing tape, address and quote your reference number on each
package (if you have 27 cartridges make up 3 packages e.g. 2 of
10 and 1 of 7 etc). A parcel must not exceed the following maximums
- package length 1.50 metres, package length plus girth 3.00 metres
and maximum weight of 30.00kgs.

Phone
us quoting your reference number, let us know how many packages,
the total number of cartridges you have for collection, where
they are to be collected from and when. If you have a mixture
of inkjets and cartridges please let us know the breakdown as
we have to calculate the weight of each consignment. We will then
arrange collection (usually the following day) free of charge
by a national carrier (mostly Business Post).
Inkjet
Cartridges
We
currently remanufacture a range of Canon, Hewlett Packard and
IBM cartridges and will introduce other remanufactured products
in due course. In order to do this we need to build up a significant
number of, and a continuing source of empties. Please see our
wanted list for products that qualify
for collection.
To
make collection as easy as possible we have designed a small (about
8 x 8 x 3 ins.) box that will hold 10 -30 cartridges and comes
complete with a Freepost label so once full the box just needs
to be sealed and posted. We will be happy to supply boxes for
you to leave at suitable collection points.
You
can return small quantities of empty Inkjet cartridges by attaching
our FREEPOST LABEL - Available by calling 01873859901. Please
do NOT send Epson Inkjets - they are not recyclable.
We
can also supply you with A4 flyers, complete with a Freepost label
that can be sent out with new cartridges.
